Use AI to create a flow
Using generative AI, Mavenoid can create a customer support flow for your product based on publicly available information as well as any support documents you have on hand. This allows you to build a first version of your content in just a few minutes instead of starting from scratch.

- Within the flow list in the assistant builder, click "Add flow".
- In the "Add flow" dialog, click "Auto generate".
- Enter the product's brand name and click "Continue".
- Enter the product's name and an optional product description and click "Continue".
- Upload any support documents you have for the product. This can include manuals, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and so on. When done, click "Continue".
- List any known common queries customer have about this product. When done, click "Continue".
- Choose which types of content to generate - you can select troubleshooting, frequently-asked questions, or both. When done, click "Continue".
- Choose how you would like the flow to escalate support requests it cannot resolve. You can choose between sending an email to your support team, gathering more information and filing a support ticket, or connecting to your support team via live chat. When done, click "Generate flow".
- The flow will be queued for generation. When it's complete, you'll receive an email and the flow will be visible in the flow list.
- Open the flow to review and edit the created content.
