Understand node review
If your organization has large volumes of self-service content that often change and multiple people collaborate on it, it might be a good idea to introduce a node review process. It helps you define rules for when nodes need to be reviewed to ensure they contain accurate and up-to-date information.
The node review process provides you with the following capabilities:
- Set nodes to "expire" if they haven't been edited for a certain period
- Highlight nodes that need review because:
- They have expired
- Someone marked them as "unreviewed"
- Use filters to quickly locate nodes needing review
- Quickly review nodes one by one or in bulk
