Flows are representations of product troubleshooting and other workflows used to support products. They define what questions, solutions, and other content the assistant will provide to end users.
The assistant builder allows you to create and edit these flows. To access the assistant builder, log in to Mavenoid. Click the hamburger menu in the top left and select "Assistant builder".
