Create new

  1. Enter a descriptive name. This will only be used within the assistant builder and will not be displayed to the customer.

  3. For each option that should be available to the user as a response to the question, enter it into the Options list.
  4. If more information is needed to explain the question to the user, add it to the Description box. As with other nodes, you can even embed files.

Edit condition

  1. Click the X to close the condition and return to the node's edit panel.

Close condition

Condition tooltip

  1. Any conditions you created will be available for reuse on other nodes as described below. A given condition's question will only be asked to the user once regardless of how many nodes it is used on.

Connect conditions to form data

  1. As part of creating a new condition or reusing an existing condition, edit a condition.
  2. Specify the form data key to associate with this condition.

Condition form data key

  1. For each answer, specify both the answer name (to display to the user) and the corresponding form data value. The name can be the same as the form data value, but no two answers can have the same form data value.

Condition form data values

See Understand form data - From a condition answer and Understand form data - To answer a condition for more information on how this affects the flow's behavior.
