Troubleshoot missing images

If images that are embedded in flows or sent in live chat are not being displayed, here's what to check.

Content security policy (CSP)

If the assistant is embedded in a website with a restrictive content security policy (CSP) that does not allow fetching image or media resources from mavenoidfiles.com, those resources will not display properly in the assistant.

Network restrictions

If you are using a network, VPN, or firewall that prevents accessing mavenoidfiles.com, then images will not be displayed in the assistant or in live chat.

To test this, visit https://mavenoidfiles.com directly in its own tab. If it's not blocked, you'll see a mostly-blank page simply reading "File not found". If it is blocked, you will see an error message with more detailed information.

To resolve this issue, you will need to work with your network or systems administrator to unblock mavenoidfiles.com.
