Glossary of terms

This is a glossary of core terms relevant to administering your Mavenoid integration.

Assistant

The interface that guides users through troubleshooting and other workflows. It is generally embedded in a product's support site in a similar manner to support chat bubbles or widgets.

Organisation

The wrapper that contains all your flows, team members, and configuration settings.

Team

The group of people with access to your organisation. Depending on their associated permissions, these may be Mavenoid admins, flow editors, support agents, or end users.
