Understand touchpoints
There are many ways that end users can interact with Mavenoid. For example, you might have a virtual assistant embedded on your website, another assistant integrated in your mobile app, and also a dynamic help center as a standalone web site. Each of these instances is called a "touchpoint."
You can create as many touchpoints as desired to provide different Mavenoid behaviors to suit the needs of your customers. You could create different assistants for technical support and e-commerce areas on your website or app and another for use cases like onboarding and product registration. Alternatively, you could use the same content but present it with different visual theming for multiple brands in your portfolio.
The current available types of touchpoint include:
- Web assistant: A web-based widget embedded into your website, either as a modal or full-screen.
- Mobile app: A mobile widget embedded into your iOS, Android, or hybrid mobile app, usually in full-screen.
- Site: A dynamic help center website as a full-screen portal with assistant webpages, searchable by Google and other search engines.
