Understand preanswered key/values
In some cases, you may have a flow that contains questions to which you already know the answer. For example, you may have a flow with information about several different products and wish to share it with a user as part of a conversation in which you have already found out what product they have. Preanswered key/values allow you to share the flow with those questions already answered so that the user does not have to repeat themselves.
