Create a new saved reply
- Navigate to Settings by clicking the hamburger menu in the top left and selecting "Settings".
- Under "Live support", select "Saved replies".
- Click the "+ New reply" button to bring up the "Create saved reply" dialog.
- In the "Name" field, enter a short descriptive name for the reply.
- In the "Message content" field, enter the full text of the reply.
- Click CREATE. Your saved reply is created and available for use during live support as described in Use saved replies.
Edit an existing saved reply
- Navigate to Settings by clicking the hamburger menu in the top left and selecting "Settings".
- Under "Live support", select "Saved replies".
- Click on the saved reply you want to edit to bring up the "Edit saved reply" dialog.
- Make your changes to the name or message content.
- Click SAVE. Your saved reply is updated and available for use during live support as described in Use saved replies.
Delete an existing saved reply
- Navigate to Settings by clicking the hamburger menu in the top left and selecting "Settings".
- Under "Live support", select "Saved replies".
- Click the kebab icon to the right of the saved reply you wish to delete.
- Select "Delete".
- The saved reply is deleted.
