Flow editor canvas updates
Several updates and improvements have been made to the flow editor canvas for improved readability and easier editing of flowcharts.
Steps and connectors are now consistently color-coded.
To make it easy to see the pattern of a flow at a glance, all steps and their connections now follow consistent color-coding. Connector lines take the color of the step they lead to.
- Start steps, choice steps, restart steps, and components are gray.
- Solution steps are orange.
- Live support steps and escalation start steps are blue.
Additionally, redundant text labels for step types have been removed to keep the canvas cleaner.
Easily add pre-connected steps.
You can now create pre-connected steps by simply clicking on existing connectors. This allows you to rapidly fill out a flow just by following the connectors rather than having to draw connections manually after adding each step.
Remove steps or connections via right-click.
You can now remove steps or connection lines by right-clicking on them and selecting "Delete" rather than having to first edit the step.
See which steps are searchable.
Steps that can be reached from free text search are now indicated with a magnifying glass icon.
