Troubleshoot Copilot login

If you are having problems logging in to Mavenoid Copilot, this may be because it's trying to log you in through the wrong Mavenoid site. If this is the case, password recovery won't work either. Try the following steps:

  1. Close Copilot.

  2. Close all browser tabs that are on Mavenoid sites other than the ones you normally log in with. (For example, if you normally log in by visiting https://example.mavenoid.com, close all tabs that are open to any URL starting with https://app.mavenoid.com.)

  3. Open a tab to your normal login URL and if you are not already logged in there, log in.

  4. In that same tab where you just logged in or confirmed that you are logged in, open Copilot.

  5. If Copilot doesn't automatically sign in, click the sign in button.

This normally resolves the issue, but if it does not, here are a few other things you can try:

  1. Close Copilot and all Mavenoid tabs, clear your browser data and cache, and try the above steps again.

  2. Uninstall and reinstall the Mavenoid Copilot extension and try the above steps again.
