Toggle agent availability

If the preference "Enable agent availability controls" is enabled in live support preferences, agents can manually toggle their availability within the agent dashboard.

Set the toggle to "Available" to indicate you are active and can assist customers in live chat.

Set the toggle to "Away" to indicate you are not able to take any live chats.
