Manage saved replies for use in live support

Create a new saved reply

  1. Navigate to Settings by clicking the hamburger menu in the top left and selecting "Settings".

  2. Under "Live support", select "Saved replies".

  3. Click the "+ New reply" button to bring up the "Create saved reply" dialog.

  4. In the "Name" field, enter a short descriptive name for the reply.

  5. In the "Message content" field, enter the full text of the reply.

  6. Click CREATE. Your saved reply is created and available for use during live support as described in Use saved replies.

Edit an existing saved reply

  1. Navigate to Settings by clicking the hamburger menu in the top left and selecting "Settings".

  2. Under "Live support", select "Saved replies".

  3. Click on the saved reply you want to edit to bring up the "Edit saved reply" dialog.

  4. Make your changes to the name or message content.

  5. Click SAVE. Your saved reply is updated and available for use during live support as described in Use saved replies.

Delete an existing saved reply

  1. Navigate to Settings by clicking the hamburger menu in the top left and selecting "Settings".

  2. Under "Live support", select "Saved replies".

  3. Click the kebab icon to the right of the saved reply you wish to delete.

  4. Select "Delete".

  5. The saved reply is deleted.
