Invite users with a conversation link

Support agents can invite users directly into a Mavenoid conversation for a selected flow.

Create a link

Click the plus button next to the "Conversations" header.
This will open a "Create a conversation link" modal dialog. Select the relevant flow from the dropdown.

Note that for a flow to be present in this menu, the "Hide from agent dashboard conversation link creation" checkbox in that flow's advanced settings must not be checked.
By default, the "Assign conversation to me" box is checked, which means the conversation will be labeled as assigned to you when it enters the queue. If you want to prevent this and make a link that is not assigned to any specific agent, uncheck this box.
By default, the "Require Mavenoid login" box is unchecked, which means that anyone can use the conversation link whether or not they have a Mavenoid account. If you want the link to require the user to log in to Mavenoid, check the box.
Click the "GENERATE LINK" button. This will generate a sharable link.

Click the "COPY LINK" button to copy the URL to your system clipboard.
Share the link with the user via any text-based medium such as email or direct message.
The user can click the link or copy it into a web browser to join the conversation.
If the "Require Mavenoid login" box was checked, they will first have to log in with their Mavenoid account.

Click "Send the link via sms" to expand the SMS options.
Enter the user's phone number.
Customize the message as desired. Be sure to leave the URL intact.
Click "SEND SMS".
The user can click the link or copy it into a web browser to join the conversation.
If the "Require Mavenoid login" box was checked, they will first have to log in with their Mavenoid account.

Click the QR icon next to the "COPY LINK" button to expand the QR code.
Share the QR code with the user.
Once the user scans the QR code with their device, they can visit the resulting URL to join the conversation.
