Support agents can personalize how they are displayed to end users with a name and photo.
Click the user icon in the top right to open the "Profile" menu.
Select "Profile settings".
The "Edit profile" dialog is displayed.
First and last names will be populated based on your existing account. Update them if necessary.
Optionally, enter a title to to be displayed to the user alongside your name.
Optionally, enter a display name to be displayed to the user instead of your full name.
Optionally, click "UPLOAD PHOTO" to set a photo to be displayed to the user.
Click "SAVE CHANGES" when done.
Your name and title will be displayed as specified when you enter a live chat with a user.
Your photo will be displayed next to your messages.
