Help for Live Support

1. Within the agent dashboard, click the agent status button.
   

2. This opens the agent status dialog.
   

3. Agents who are currently available will have a green dot and the status "Online".

4. Agents who are not currently available will have a red dot and text indicating the last time they were available.
