Access Users in Setup
In Salesforce Setup, search for Users in the Quick Find box, then select Users.

Create a New User
Click New User.

Complete the New User Form

• Select the Salesforce Integration user license.

• Choose the Salesforce API Only System Integrations profile.

Assign the Permission Set License
Assign the user the Salesforce API Integration permission set license.

Create a Permission Set
Create a custom permission set with the necessary object permissions.

Permission Set Assignments
Assign this permission set to the user.
