This guide covers how to connect Zendesk’s Articles API to sync knowledge articles with Mavenoid.
Mavenoid offers multiple ways to use Zendesk articles - please consult your Mavenoid representative to choose the best setup.
Agent/Admin-only Content: For publicly available articles, no authentication is required. However, if you need agent- or admin-only content, an active Zendesk integration is necessary. Refer to Connect Mavenoid with Zendesk for setup instructions. To ensure only authorized users can view the restricted content, it's recommended to use the Site Touchpoint with a Single Sign-on integration.
Additional Metadata: By default, only the article title and body are synced. Additional metadata, such as Categories, Sections, or Content Tags can also be integrated.
Language Support: If your Zendesk Help Center supports multiple languages, determine which languages should be included in Mavenoid.
