This guide explains how to sync PHPKB articles with Mavenoid using the KB API.
Note: Mavenoid offers multiple ways to utilize Freshdesk articles - contact your Mavenoid representative to determine the best setup.
API Server Settings:
Enable API: This checkbox must be marked.
Verify API Key?: If you have this checkbox marked, an API key must be generated. Refer to the section "How to generate an API Key?" in PHPKB API Reference Guide.
Secure API Connection: For increased security, it's recommended to have this checkbox marked, but it's not required.
Authentification: Your API server settings must have the checkbox "Enable API" checked. If you have the "Verify API Key?" checkbox marked, an API Key must be generated.
Authentification: An API Key is required to access the articles.
Categories: Decide which categories you'd like to sync with Mavenoid.
Types: Decide which type of articles you'd like to sync with Mavenoid; Public, Internal, or Private articles.
Language Support: Confirm which languages, if your help center is multilingual, should be synced with Mavenoid.
