Note: Mavenoid offers multiple ways to utilize Freshdesk articles - contact your Mavenoid representative to determine the best setup.
Authentification: An API key is required to access the articles.
Note: The user of which the API key was generated for needs to have permission to view articles.
Folders: Decide which Folders you'd like to sync with Mavenoid.
Language Support: Confirm which languages, if your help center is multilingual, should be synced with Mavenoid.
