Go to Salesforce Setup Navigate to the Setup page in Salesforce. Access Your Help Center Site Go to Feature Settings > Digital Experiences > All Sites and select the Builder for your help center site. Update Content Security Policy (CSP) Click Settings . Open the Security & Privacy tab. Set the Security Level to "Relaxed CSP: Permit Access to Inline Scripts and Allowed Hosts." Add the following domains under Trusted Sites for Scripts . These also need to be added under Setup > Security > Trusted URLs . For more details on each domain, see our help center article "Allow Mavenoid resources in your site's content security policy (CSP)." https://*.mavenoid.com https://*.mavenoidfiles.com https://*.sentry.io wss://*.twilio.com Add the Mavenoid Embed Script Go to the Advanced tab, then: Click Edit Head Markup . Paste the Mavenoid embed script.
