Go to Tabs in Salesforce Admin Center
In the Salesforce Admin Center, navigate to Tabs under the User Interface section.

Create a New Web Tab
Under Web Tabs, click New.

Choose a Tab Layout
Select the layout for your tab: either Full page width or 2 columns with Salesforce.com sidebar, then click Next.

Set Tab Label and Style
Add the tab label, name, and choose a style for the tab.

Configure Content Frame Height
Set the height of the content frame in pixels (e.g., 900px) to fit the typical screen size of your agents, then click Next.

Add the Agent Dashboard URL

• Under Button or Link URL, add the URL to your Mavenoid Agent Dashboard, inserting /embedded/ before agentDashboard.

  • How to find the URL: Log in to your Mavenoid instance, click the hamburger menu (top-left), select Agent dashboard, and copy the URL from your browser.

  • Example: If your agent dashboard URL is https://app.mavenoid.com/org/my-organization-name/agentDashboard, the embedded URL should be:
    https://app.mavenoid.com/org/my-organization-name/embedded/agentDashboard.

Save and Access the Tab
Click Save, then navigate back to Service in Salesforce to view and access the newly created tab from the Salesforce dashboard.
