Add the Assistant to your Zendesk Help Center

Requirements

  • Admin access to Mavenoid.

  • Admin access to Zendesk.

Setup Instructions

  1. In Zendesk, go to Guide admin.

  2. Select Themes.

  3. Click Customize on your live theme.

  4. Click Edit code.

  5. Open the script.js file.

  6. Add your Mavenoid Embed Script at the bottom and publish the changes.
