There may be times where you would want to perform actions that interact with a site such as adding products to a customers cart or opening a third party live support widget. This is typically performed by using custom javascript.
The Help Center is a different site to the one that the assistant (widget) is typically embedded on. As such, the Help Center does not have access to the same Javascript context and will require a separate custom script to be added to the Site.
Under Site Settings -> Customization, you can add the Custom JavaScript URL to ensure that these actions are performed as expected from Help Center Pages.
