In order to create your new Help Center, you will first be required to create a site.
To create and manage a site, you will require access to the 'Touchpoints' section in the settings menu. This requires the admin permission set.
Once you have created your site, you can then use a Page Node directly on the canvas to create your homepage and control the content that can be accessed by your site.
An example of a homepage is help.mavenoid.com.
