Can my agents use the Dynamic Help Center?

Yes! With Mavenoid's Dynamic Help Center, you are able to create multiple sites and determine the access controls for them.

With secure login options with single sign-on (SSO), you can streamline content production and access by providing agents with the ability to login to Public DHCs. By doing so, agents are given greater controls to share content with their customers, whilst support managers gain deeper insights into the content searched for and shared by their employees.

If you’re looking for a fully gated option, we’ve also got you covered. Within your access settings, you can make the decision on whether you want your Dynamic Help Center access to be either Public, Allows Login or Requires Login.
