Some tasks are accomplished better with a visual medium or a keyboard. Users can be shifted to this experience by sending them an SMS message containing a link to an assistant that will be allow the user to continue right where they left off with the voice assistant.
In most cases, the best way is to use a "Switch channel" node to send users to a specific node in a traditional digital Mavenoid flow, with relevant information prefilled.
In other cases, an SMS message can be sent using an "Action" node; this message can contain any text or link.
