Instruction nodes guide users with detailed information and steps to resolve their query.

Instruction nodes are always connected to intent nodes. They contain instructions for specific topics defined by that intent.

Title - Add a description of what the instruction node is doing to provide a better structure in the voice flow. This field is not used by the AI.

Summary - Write a high level overview of the purpose of the instruction node. This helps the voice assistant better understand how and when the information is relevant.

Instruction for AI - Write down all detailed instructions and steps needed for users to help them solve their issue.

Note: Use numbers in the “instructions to AI” to provide a simple structure of how the instructions should be delivered.
