Conversation memory helps the voice assistant remember details from previous calls with the same customer. This way, customers don’t need to repeat themselves, making interactions faster and more seamless.
When conversation memory is enabled, the assistant can recall key details such as what product the customer owns or what issue they were troubleshooting. This reduces friction and creates a more personalized experience.
It also allows the assistant to adjust greetings depending on how much time has passed since the last call.
How-to set up Conversation memory
Go to Touchpoints (inside Mavenoid's settings)
Select the Touchpoint for the voice assistant you want conversation memory active on.
Scroll down to Repeat call handling
Add (in hours) how long you want the memory to last. We recommend 4 hours.
