Voice Assistant

Mavenoid provides a variety of natural-sounding voices through ElevenLabs and Google. This gives you the flexibility to match the assistant’s voice to your brand and the type of interaction you want to create.

You can choose from voices that sound friendly and conversational, or more professional and straightforward.

Beyond choosing a voice, you can also fine-tune how the assistant speaks in the Answering settings. This allows you to adjust tone, style, and formality so that the assistant’s responses feel consistent with your brand personality and the context of the customer interaction.

1. Go to Touchpoints (inside Mavenoid's settings)

2. Select the Touchpoint for the voice assistant you want change the voice for.

3. Scroll down to Speaking

4. Select a Provider. We recommend using Google.
   

5. Select a Voice in the dropdown.

6. Play a sample directly in the touchpoint.

7. Preview inside the touchpoint to test the new voice with your content.
