Answering settings is a feature that enables a high level of customization for your assistant’s voice interactions. It allows you to define not just what the assistant says, but how it says it.
Here are some of the key options:
Tone & behaviour – Adjust the overall style of the assistant, making it more casual and conversational, or more formal and professional depending on your brand and use case.
Interruptions – Enable natural back-and-forth by allowing the assistant to handle interruptions.
Escalations – Define specific words or phrases that will instantly trigger escalation to a human agent.
Hard limits – Control sensitive areas by preventing the assistant from handling certain topics entirely.
Internal guidance – Apply overarching instructions that influence the assistant.
