Node review is off by default. To turn it on, go to Settings and toggle the "Node review" switch.
Once node review is turned on, you can configure when nodes are automatically marked as reviewed or unreviewed using the following options:
When a node is modified by AI: If a node is created or edited by AI features, either "Do nothing" to leave the node in its default/current state or "Mark as unreviewed" to flag it for human review.
When a node is modified by a human: If a node is created or edited by you or your colleagues, either "Do nothing" to leave the node in its default/current state, "Mark as reviewed" to flag the node as not needing further human review, or "Mark as unreviewed" to flag it for further human review.
Node expiration: When enabled, this will mark unreviewed any node that has not been edited for a chosen period of time.
If node expiration is enabled, its chosen expiration period will apply by default to all flows. However, you can change the expiration period for a specific flow or component.
Open flow settings.
Expand the "Advanced settings".
Choose a new period from the "Node expiration" dropdown.
Open flow settings.
Choose a new period from the "Node expiration" dropdown.
Using advanced search filters, you can quickly find nodes that are expired (meaning they have not been edited for the chosen expiration period) or unreviewed (either expired or explicitly marked unreviewed).
You can use these filters separately or in combination:
Set "Unreviewed" to YES and "Expired" to NO to see only nodes explicitly marked unreviewed by you or a colleague.
Set "Unreviewed" to YES and "Expired" to YES to see only nodes that need review because they haven't been edited for the chosen expiration period. This will hide nodes that need review for other reasons.
Once node review is turned on, you can see the review status for each node in its edit pane. The node will be shown as up-to-date or needing review, and if it needs review the reason will also be shown (expiration or marked unreviewed).
If you select two or more nodes, you'll see the review status for all of them (reviewed, unreviewed, or mixed).
If an unreviewed node is selected, you can mark it reviewed in its edit pane. For nodes that have expired, marking it reviewed will reset the expiration period.
If an up-to-date node is selected, you can mark it unreviewed in the same place.
