Notes nodes
Notes have no effect on flow behavior and are simply for adding text-based notes to the canvas to help keep the flow readable.
Flows can become large and complex and may need to be updated by people other than their original creator. To help ensure that flows stay readable, it's possible to add notes to a flow's canvas. These do not affect the behavior of the flow in the assistant but will be available to read by anyone editing the flow.
Canvas notes can only contain text, but any URLs will automatically be turned into clickable links.
Canvas notes can help keep a flow readable to the people editing it.
Navigate to the assistant builder by clicking the hamburger menu in the top left and selecting "Assistant builder".
Create a flow or open an existing one.
Double-click the canvas background where you would like to add a note.
Select the node type "Note".
The note is added to the canvas and selected for editing.
Enter the text of the note. Any URLs are automatically turned into clickable links.
As with other steps, you can drag it around the canvas to relocate it or click it to edit it.
