Flow feedback

In order to improve flows as much as possible, it's useful to gather feedback from the people who are regularly interacting with them.

Feedback can be provided by flow editors within the assistant builder or by support agents within the agent dashboard.

Feedback can then be reviewed and resolved within the assistant builder. Feedback items that came from the agent dashboard are associated with conversations, the transcripts of which are also available for context.
