There are multiple ways that users, including your own agents, can share content from your help center.

Allow/disallow sharing

In the Site's settings, there is a toggle "Show copy controls on cards". If this toggle is turned on, users will be able to share cards as described below.

If your help center allows but does not require login, you can set the copy controls to only be usable by logged-in users.

Copy card content

This button copies the content of the displayed card to the clipboard, including formatting and images.

This is particularly useful for support agents who can easily paste the content into an email or similar to share with a customer.

Copy card link

This button copies a URL to the clipboard. Visiting this URL goes straight to the displayed card.

This allows sending a link that will take users directly to relevant content in the help center, including to specific articles or to paths for use cases like product registration or complex troubleshooting.
