Report an issue

At any time, support agents can provide feedback on the agent dashboard or any of its functions.

  1. Click the question mark in the top right to open the "Help" menu.
  2. Select "Report an issue."
  3. The "Report an issue" dialog appears.

Report an issue dialog

  1. Enter any feedback into the dialog.
  2. Click "SEND".
  3. Mavenoid will review the provided feedback and reach back out to you as appropriate.
