Edit your agent profile
Support agents can personalize how they are displayed to end users with a name and photo.
- Click the user icon in the top right to open the "Profile" menu.
- Select "Profile settings".
- The "Edit profile" dialog is displayed.
- First and last names will be populated based on your existing account. Update them if necessary.
- Optionally, enter a title to to be displayed to the user alongside your name.
- Optionally, enter a display name to be displayed to the user instead of your full name.
- Optionally, click "UPLOAD PHOTO" to set a photo to be displayed to the user.
- Click "SAVE CHANGES" when done.
- Your name and title will be displayed as specified when you enter a live chat with a user.
- Your photo will be displayed next to your messages.
