Check agent availability

  1. Within the agent dashboard, click the agent status button.

  1. This opens the agent status dialog.

Agent status dialog

  1. Agents who are currently available will have a green dot and the status "Online".
  2. Agents who are not currently available will have a red dot and text indicating the last time they were available.
