Native chat nodes

Native chat nodes allow end users to connect with your support agents. When a conversation enters a native chat node, a chat is initiated in the chat dashboard your agents are already using. After the chat concludes, the user's conversation continues in Mavenoid.

To use a native chat node, your Mavenoid org needs to have an integration set up with your chat provider. See Configure native chat for more information.
